Want to know the cheapest, fastest way to build a Minimum Viable Product for a Software as a Service (SaaS) system?

SaaS Made Simple

A lot of people come to us wanting to build an MVP. So often what I tell them is what you need to do is to use already pre-existing software. Use something that another company has already built and works well. They will also already have a support team and support systems.

Use that system. Maybe change it or find some way to work with them to white label it, or just buy that and put it within other website or stitch a couple different things together to build your MPV. The reason for this is that it is so important that you iterate on the changes. Iterate and figure out what people want, how they want it.

How To Iterate Before You Spend A Penny On Building Your SaaS

Modify and test the system that you just stole borrowed from your competitors before you go through and you build your own system. If you build your own system, what you’re going to end up with is spending 20k, 30k, 50k, or 100k and up on something that you’re going to have to go and change it a whole bunch of times.

You might as well just use something you can buy from somebody else for 50 bucks a month or $1,000 or $5,000, and then work with that. By the time you’ve used that system over and over, and you know exactly how they’ve done things, you know exactly what your customers want out of that system and where it does and does not meet your customers’ needs. Then you can build a system that meets everyone’s needs. If you build it with all of that knowledge and all of that validation, you’re going to save a lot, lot, lot of money.

Now, get to work without spending all that time and money!
